Paul Jones
Director/Fabrication Services Manager
After relocating from the Arcadia Valley, Paul achieved his Certification IV in Engineering - Heavy Fabrication and set about raising the profile of his new business.  Paul and his dedicated and experienced team have developed a strong reputation for high quality workmanship across a diverse range of applications.  Paul is well renowned for incorporating his creative design talents into custom made projects for a range of events and fundraisers amongst the community.

Ellie Jones
Director/Administration Services Manager
Ellie and Paul began their partnership in Jones Welding and Rural Supplies in 2006 after spending 20 years in the Arcadia Valley raising their two children. Ellie takes pride in servicing her local community with the highest quality of products and services. She enjoys having one-on-one conversations with all her customers and is recognized for her generous nature and expert advice on the best products and value for money.  She understands the value of personal service and prides herself on offering the best possible services to our valued Customers.

Jack Bischoff
Fabricator
Whilst completing his senior schooling in Roma, Jack completed work experience at Jones Welding, Rural Supplies & Freight towards the end of 2016. As he consistently showed interest in improving his ability to manufacture quality products, Jack was offered the chance to extend his knowledge by becoming the newest school-based apprentice at JWRS.  Commencing in February 2017 working two days a week to receive his Certificate III in Engineering under the careful guidance of the JWRS fabrication team, before joining us full time in 2018. He has been gaining both knowledge and understanding of metal fabrication through ‘hands on’ experiences in the workshops whilst continuing to complete his Cert III in 2021.

Adan Wilson
Logistics Specialist
Originally from Blackall, Adan and his partner moved to Injune in 2014. They have since expanded the family with the addition of two children. Adan is a quick learner with a vast skillset eager to give anything a go. Starting for Jones Welding, Rural Supplies & Freight back in 2017, Adan is our resident Logistics Specialist. Adan is well known for his enthusiasm towards AU Falcons and in his spare time works on his project competition car, which has even come in at first place a time or two.

Conor Postle
Apprentice Fabricator
Local Injune boy, Conor first joined us in early 2020 as a School Based Apprentice and joined our team whenever he was back in Injune for school holidays. Having just graduated from high school in Toowoomba, and achieving an award in Excellence as a school based apprentice, Conor now joins us full time as of November 2020! Under the supervision and guidance of our talented fabricators, Conor will gain a wealth of experience and extensive knowledge whilst being carefully guided towards the completion of his Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication trade qualification.

Hannah Bischoff
Logistics Manager
Growing up on the family farm, Hannah began ​working for Jones Welding, Rural Supplies and Freight in July 2017. Hannah has since completed her Certificate III in Business and Administration with us. In her spare time, you can find Hannah pottering around in her garden with her little offsider, Remi, the dapple dachshund. Hannah is an active member of the Eumamurrin Gun Club and enjoys travelling around QLD and NSW competing in clay target shooting competitions.

Tara Monteith
Administration Trainee
Living in Brisbane her whole life, Tara traded the city life in when she moved to Injune in 2010 after graduating high school and adores the country way of life! Tara loves supporting local businesses and the community, she is also currently serving as an Auxiliary Firefighter Captain for Queensland Fire and Emergency Services. Tara started at Jones Welding, Rural Supplies & Freight in October 2020 and is undergoing a traineeship with us and will continue work to complete a Certificate III in Business Administration in late 2021.
